When it rains, it pours, but where does the rain go?
The Capitol Hill EcoDistrict and Seattle 2030 District explored that question. Last fall, we conducted guided walking tours to explore the impact of stormwater on Capitol Hill.
Members of the Capitol Hill EcoDistrict and Seattle 2030 led community members through a mile-long walking tour that covered the impacts of climate change, permeable infrastructure, trees, and rain gardens on Capitol Hill.
